📦 Orders & Shipping

When will my order ship?
Because we're a brand new store, our current processing and production time is longer than usual. Orders are shipped within 3–5 weeks. This extended window allows us to offer our lowest possible prices while we grow — and we truly appreciate your patience and support.

How long does shipping take once it’s sent?
Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days (U.S.), depending on your location.

Where do you ship from?
We currently ship from our fulfillment partner based in the U.S., with some items produced on-demand or shipped from multiple locations.

Do you offer international shipping?
Not yet — we're currently only shipping within the United States. We hope to expand soon!

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We accept returns for unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at support@exists.love. All returned items must be in original condition.

Can I exchange something?
If you ordered the wrong item or need a different size, reach out and we’ll do our best to help you with an exchange.

Are returns free?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

🛍 Products & Availability

An item I want is sold out — will it restock?
Some items are limited edition, but others may return in small batches. Sign up for our SMS list to get restock updates and early access announcements.

How do I know what size to order?
Most products have a size guide in the description. If you’re in between sizes or unsure, feel free to email us for help choosing the best fit.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us ASAP. Once it’s been fulfilled, we can’t make changes to the address.
